ABOUT THE WORK
Star is one of a small series based on the Tarot Minor-Arcana.
The artist took a tiny piece of hand made Japanese paper and inserted
it in a transparancy mount, then using a magnifying glass made the image.
When the final piece was blown up for print purposes the weave of the
paper became an integral part of the image
